
Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership
The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) is a 30-hour graduate program that focuses on developing Christian leaders. The program centers on teaching students key organizational leadership elements such as ethics, motivation, creativity, vision, strategic planning, teamwork, group development, technology, customer service and organizational development. At Campbellsville University, we recognize the growing need for Christian leadership with specialization across industrial lines.
Skills: Students will become fluent in all elements of organizational leadership including team dynamics, organizational communication, organization theory, negotiations and conflict resolution, managerial decision making and contemporary topics in organizational behavior.
