
Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems
Albany State University is now offering a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems online program. Graduates of this program will gain the knowledge, skills and values needed to effectively implement various business principles and tools in an organizational setting. Students will be exposed to valuable theoretical knowledge and best practices in the areas of management, organizational behavior, research and evaluation, e-business, and critical thinking and problem solving. In addition, students will learn how to balance the logic of technology with the human side of business.
Skills: The Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems curriculum exposes students to technical certification, critical thinking activities and current trends. The focus of the curriculum is on business with an emphasis on information systems. In addition, this online program provides students with the opportunity to develop and/or enhance written or oral communication skills and technological solutions.
