Masters Plus 30/Rank I
Bethel College offers its Masters Plus 30/Rank I program to give educators an online opportunity to achieve 30 graduate credits beyond a bachelor's degree, in order to gain more experience and classroom hours necessary for career advancement.
Benefits
Skills - Time spent learning more about the field of education, whatever a teacher's specialty, is useful for gaining additional skills to use in the classroom, and also for certification and enhancing one's career. The Masters Plus 30/Rank I was designed specifically as a teaching and career tool for educators.
Convenience and Quality - Bethel College listened to educators enrolled in its traditional, on-campus courses, and designed an online program to best suit the needs of these students. Men and women who teach make up an especially busy, time-pressed section of the workforce. With its online delivery of courses necessary for educational enhancement, Bethel's eLearning program was created specifically with teachers in mind.
Potential - Many states require and/or reward learning above and beyond a bachelor's degree. Teachers who complete a Masters Plus/Rank I program can be rewarded with the latest knowledge and skills, and often a monetary benefit as well.
