Certificate in Bible
The courses for the Certificate in Bible are available to anyone desiring to enrich their Bible understanding, to earn college credentials for future higher education pursuit, to enhance their church participation, or to serve as a bivocational minister.
A Bivocational minister is a professional in any other industry or field not related with the church who has also answered the call to serve as a preacher on a part time basis.
The Certificate in Bible online has been designed to be completed in one calendar year utilizing an eight-week course format and a schedule of two courses per term.
The online program is comprised of 28 semester hours and serves as the foundation of any individual's further ministry program at CCBBC. Clear Creek BBC requires 32 credit hours of Bible to obtain a bachelor's degree. This certificate offers the core of a student's foundational education at CCBBC. Non-degree seeking students can obtain this certificate in Bible in one year or less. Should students desire to pursue an associate or a bachelor degree in ministry, they can apply the credits earned during the certification program toward a CCBBC degree online or on campus.

Anyone who is interested in obtaining a greater understanding of the Bible and Christian values for personal development and enrichment can take these online certificate courses and obtain the online bivocational certificate as a non-degree seeking student.
The certificate requires only a short, single page, registration form that can be completed online in about 10 minutes.
We currently will allow our online certificate students to take up to 20 semester hours without becoming a degree-seeking student. Each course is 2 semester hours in length.
If a student's desires to take all 32 credit hours available online, he or she will receive a certificate for the 28 hours required and could submit an application for a degree program and have all 32 hours transferred into a further program of study, specifically an associate's or bachelor's degree.
The Bivocational Certificate in Bible studies will:
- Provide a quality Biblically-based educational foundation.
- Allow a student to enroll in more than one specific way - non-degree seeking / degree seeking - hence giving the student an enrollment choice.
- Allow the student to complete the program in one calendar year
- Not require an individual to express a 'call to ministry' but would be open and available to anyone seeking to expand their Bible knowledge.
Serve as a 'front-door' for a student to begin a program of study at CCBBC to pursue additional degrees, both A.A. and B.A.
