Program Description
Filling a void among MBA programs, FHU's unique course of study for the MBA in Leadership degree cuts across all levels of business and industry to enable current and future executives the opportunity to develop into great leaders. The MBA in Leadership focuses on organizational management, team building, and overall professional growth while students gain in-depth knowledge about strategic leadership which is valuable within any industry or organization.
The MBA in Leadership is a 36 credit hour program consisting of 27 core credits and 9 leadership emphasis credits. The entire leadership degree may be completed online or students may mix online classes with on-campus classes.

Skills - Through the online learning curriculum at FHU, students develop advanced leadership, analytical, decision making, strategy building and assessment skills for management positions at all levels of various industries.
Convenience and Quality - The MBA in Leadership degree can be earned entirely online. The academic quality is the same as in a traditional classroom format. Also, the two delivery formats (online and in-class) can be blended if students so choose.
Potential - Graduates of MBA in Leadership can accept positions in management at any level because upon graduation from the online MBA, they will possess the knowledge and the traits to excel in their activity domain. Combined with previous management experience, this degree completed online will help any professional advance in the organization to the highest leadership levels.
Expected Salary - Salary range depends on the industry, seniority and previous experience, but it is usually within the range of $50,000 and $150,000 per year in gross income.
Job opportunities - Some examples of jobs that managers can attain after obtaining their MBA in Leadership degree - completed online, blended or on campus - are: Production Supervisor, Production manager, Account senior manager, Business analyst, Vice-president, CEO, etc.
Admissions Requirements
- Submit an MBA application for admission (available online and in paper form).
- Submit a $32.00 application fee (acceptable online or by check).
(No action will be taken on an application until the $32 application fee is received) - Receive an appropriate undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
- Submit all official undergraduate and graduate transcripts from previously attended institutions.
- Submit an official GMAT score.
- An admissions formula (GPA x 200 + GMAT) is used to determine an applicant's acceptance status.
- A 3.0 GPA and 450 GMAT are the minimum acceptance standards for unconditional admission.
- Applicants with less than a 3.0 GPA or 450 GMAT can be considered for conditional admission. Applicants with less than a 2.5 GPA or 350 GMAT will not be considered for admission.
