Grace Theological Seminary was established in 1937 and prepares men and women for ministry. These programs are designed to educate men and women in knowing and interpreting the Word of God, as well as to help students grow and mature as faithful servant-leaders.

Grace Theological Seminary is one of the nation's most respected evangelical Christian seminaries. Graduates are known throughout the evangelical church, mission fields and educational institutions for their in-depth understanding of the Christian faith and ability to preach, teach, lead and manage ministries effectively. Thousands of GTS graduates serve in pastorates, missions or other ministry leadership roles on every continent.

 Degree Accreditation: Grace is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, as well as a member of the Council of Independent Colleges, the  National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities,  the Indiana Conference of Higher Education, the Independent  Colleges and Universities of Indiana, and the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities.

Grace Theological Seminary is an associate member of the Association of Theological Schools (ATS). Various departments of Grace College have also earned additional accreditations and approvals of degree programs by professional associations, including the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), Council  for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), Indiana Division of Professional Standards, National Association of Schools of Music, and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).

Leadership: The 2008 U.S. News & World Report annual college rankings listed Grace College among the Baccalaureate Colleges (Midwest): Top Schools. Degree Prestige and Value: For seven decades, Grace Theological Seminary graduates have served in pastorates, missions and other ministries around the world. The seminary offers graduate degree programs through the doctor of ministry level. Grace College, now entering its 60th year, is a Christian liberal arts college devoted to developing Christian leaders through more than 50 undergraduate fields of study. The college's Graduate School in Counseling and Interpersonal Relations has gained recognition for its graduate training of Christian counselors and ministry leaders.

Fast Online Course Completion: Grace Online offers compressed course programs to enable the accelerated completion of a degree program for the adult student.
The online curriculum will be delivered on an eight-week term schedule. Thus, students will be able to finish their degree more quickly and with a minimum amount of interruptions.
Upon revision and approval, students can transfer credits from and to other higher education institutions in the region.
