Midway College's Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (BA) is dedicated to helping students graduate as competent professionals prepared for the field of human resource management in government, private or nonprofit arenas with a solid working knowledge of the core skills of leadership, management, quantitative analysis and strategy.
The Human Resource Management concentration provides learners with a wide area of knowledge in the HR field including: strategic management, workforce planning and employment, human resource development, total rewards, employee and labor relations, and risk management.

Note:
Midway students must complete the BA curriculum before enrolling in the concentration courses, or they must obtain permission from their Business Division academic advisor.
When a student enrolls just for the concentration series of courses with the intention of completing a certificate they must have successfully completed BA 440: Human Resource Management and BA 430: Strategic Planning or equivalent before starting in the concentration courses.
