This certificate is an excellent way to enhance a degree in business, criminal justice or any other field.

Skills and Benefits:

The online courses in the Writing Certificate represent different contexts for writing and provide exposure to a number of situations where writing expectations vary. The intent is to teach the writer flexibility in expression.

Written communication is highly valued in all areas of employment. Those who advance most frequently have strong writing skills and understand proper style and word usage. Students who take the Writing Certificate online program will develop their skills further and gain the experience and confidence that comes from supervised learning situations.
